Live hotline coverage is available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time. If this is an emergency or someone is in immediate danger, please call 911 immediately. For stranded-student issues or campus safety concerns that do not require emergency services, please contact your Residential Advisor or Security Duty Officer for immediate assistance. Reports may still be submitted outside of operating hours, but will not be reviewed until live coverage resumes. Urgent issues will be queued for priority review at that time. Thank you.
